In the case of an errorneous order made by the buyer, we apologise that we cannot perform a refund.

Every bottle of touch up paint comes with 2 touch up stick that will help with very minute areas of touch up. For larger areas the touch up brush that come attached to the cap of the bottle is more ideal.
How to store the bottle of touch up paint?
Keep the bottle of touch up paint upright in a cool and dry place with temperature between 16 to 30 degree celsius. Be sure to tighten the cap of touch up paint after every usage.
Is there any expiry of the touch up paint?
Typically, a properly stored touch up paint will be good from 6 month after our delivery to you.

Can we use paint compound and/ or paint compound to smoothen the paint after touch up?
Paint compound and wet sanding paper works best on clear coated paint.
Your touch up paint is not a clear coat thus paint compound and/or sand paper should not be used to.
However if you purchase our clear coat to go over your touch up paint and let it dry for a day, follow up step of compounding and / or wet sanding will achieve a desirably glossier and smoother finish.
